Regulation 5+13+2

All athletes will start the 5km run arriving at the transition area the racer must wear and secure the helmet, after crossing the transition area line will mount the bike and start the 13km cycle (mountain bike recommended considering off-road track) and at the finish same rules have to be followed, therefore dismount off the bike before entering the transition area escorting the bike to the drop off point then start the final 2km flat race.

Important: enter and exit the transition area by accompanying the bike by foot and start with the helmet properly secured. Penalty disqualification.

All athletes for the first leg of the race will start the 5km run which will finish at the transition area. The change between racers will occur within the transition zone by touching, on any party of the body, the team mate. The cyclist will then have to wear and secure the helmet, after crossing the transition area line will mount the bike and start the 13km cycle and at the finish, same rules have to be followed therefore dismount off the bike before entering the transition area escorting the bike to the drop off point and touch the team mate who will then start the final 2km run.

For all participants

Participants must:

  • Follow the directions and instructions of all race officials and public authorities
  • Not be disrespectful to the officials
  • Not ignore race regulations
  • Not use offensive or abusive language
  • Not act in a threatening or unbecoming manners
  • Cyclist must ensure that their competition numbers are clearly visible at the back of their adorned apparel at all times
  • All runners must wear their race numbers in front of their racing attire at all times.
  • The race number label for the cycling leg must be displayed on the back on the helmet and be visible to technical officials and race staff
  • Each Participant must act in a sporting manner at all times and shall permit any faster rider to overtake without obstructing.

 

Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organizers to ensure the participants' safety, participants partake in this event at their own risk and the Organisers, Sponsors and their appointed officials shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage, whether personal or otherwise, and howsoever arising.

Il partecipante solleva con la firma della liberatoria il Comitato Organizzatore da ogni responsabilità circa la propria idoneità fisica a prendere parte alla manifestazione e da ogni responsabilità sia civile che penale, per danni a persone e/o cose da lui causati o a lui derivati dalla partecipazione alla corsa.
Dichiara inoltre di concedere la propria autorizzazione ad utilizzare qualsiasi sua immagine relativa alla partecipazione all’evento per qualsiasi legittimo utilizzo senza remunerazione.

 

BIB AND RACE BAG PICK UP
Participants can pick up their bib numbers personally on race day from 132.30pm at the starting area. The race bag will be given at the end of the race to all the participant that have returned the chip.

 

BIKE SAFEKEEPING
The transition zone will be open from 2.30pm till 9.00pm and safekeeping of the bicycle will be guaranteed within this time. The bike will be handed over only to those who will present the bib with corresponding number
(We will not be liable in case of bib number loss)

 

SHUTTLE SERVICE
There will be a free shuttle service available from the starting to the arriving area during the race.

 

PRIZE GIVING
We assured you the transport bag servicefrom star line to finish line.
To the finish line will be also changing rooms and showers..
After the race for the athletes there will be masseurs.

Prizes will also be given to the first, second and third of each category.
Categories are: UNDER 30’S – UNDER 40’S – UNDER 50’S – OVER 50’S - OVER 60’S

The1st absolute classified of race the individual categories, will be awarded with "MEMORIAL PIERO ENRIETTI"prize..

1° team …….200 €
2° team…….150 €
3° team…….100 €
4° team………50 €
5° team……..hamper of local produce (contents may vary)
6° team……..hamper of local produce (contents may vary)

 

Note: prizes are not cumulative, with exclusion of the Memorial prize.

 

Special prizes:

AVIS of Pont Saint-Martin will reward the first male and female blood donor.

Special award will be givento the team having the most original t-shirt: squadra con l' abbigliamento più originale: we will take into consideration the outfit of the team and its name.

 

Maxiprizes:
During the dinner, we will draw the bib number of two competitors who have completed the race among those present. The lucky extracted will win a SCOOTER KYMCO AGILITY 50 RS NAKED and a MTB Merida MATTS 40, if present on the podium within 5 minutes after draw. Otherwise there will be a new draw.

TAmong the volunteers, instead, a MTB Merida Matts 10, offered by ESSO gas pump "Fratelli Ceseracciu" Via Nazionale per Carema, 93 - Pont Saint-Martin (AO).
